REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL OF EXPIRED PASSPORT:

The Passport application must be submitted in person.  The applicant must sign the application in the presence of the Officer in Charge of Passports.  The signature MUST BE exactly as it appears in the Panamanian personal ID (Cedula).  

The following documents are required for the processing of the passport: 

1.      Panamanian Passport

2.      Cedula (Panamanian Id.)

3.      Birth Certificate

4.      Three (3) Passport pictures in white background. The hair must be behind the ears, no earrings and no glasses.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Panamanian by Naturalization:  Naturalization Certificate. 

Minors: Both parents must appear with the minor to renew the passport.

Processing Time:  12 Weeks
